SLISDAWEI PROJECT REPORTS
Projects 01–08 database, catalogue and controlled rooms
The public catalogue provides approved summary information for Projects 01–08. Sevanagala PD-01 and the Colombo metropolitan road programme PD-02, together with the CIO rice processing master PD-03, are maintained separately in restricted development rooms. Every complete project report and supporting document requires prior SLAHDA authorization.
Eleven controlled project areas listedThe secure library contains approved Project Reports 01–08, together with the restricted PD-01, PD-02 and PD-03 development documents. Full reports, Annexes, workbooks and reconciliation evidence remain protected.
RESTRICTED DEVELOPMENT AREA

This separate controlled area is reserved for projects still undergoing government, investor, technical or institutional consultation. Inclusion in this room does not indicate final approval, funding commitment or authority to implement.

SLAHDA intends to support informed donor and partner review while protecting confidential agreements, personal information, draft material and documents subject to third-party restrictions.
When the full portal is introduced, access will be issued to individually verified users for selected information and may be time-limited, monitored, extended or withdrawn by SLAHDA.
